Here we have Work flow for forgot password:
  1. Go to navasakam.ap.gov.in
  2. Click on login
  3. Click on forgot password
  4. Enter User id and click on send OTP
  5. OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number.
  6. Enter OTP, enter new password & confirm password(re enter) and enter captcha and click on reset password.
  7. You will receive Password changed message.
  8. Click on login again.
  1. If the Mobile Number is Not Matched
  2. That Will treated as the Mobile Number Not Mapped with the Id
  3. Please request the Concern MPDO to Re-map the Mobile Number for the VS/WS Secretariat Employee in the followed URL : vswsmis.apcfss.in
  4. After changing the Mobile Number by the MPDO the Employee can change the Password.
  1. In the Surveyed data acknowledgement the no. of Application received from the Volunteer need to enter first in the selected date.
  2. Based on the entered number the system will allow the application on the selected date.
  3. If the No. Of Applications are exceeded the system will show the "Registration for a given date already Completed for Survey date Acknowledgement".
  4. The solution to the above problem is to add the remaining applications to the next subsequent date.
  1. If Volunteer Aadhaar Number is not mapped by the MPDO, you will get a message like 'NO DETAILS FOUND'.
  2. For that Map the Volunteer Details in the followed URL: apgv.apcfss.in by the MPDO.
Volunteers was mapped for multiple clusters that's the way the list of Volunteers were displaying multiple times. observe the message in the drop down list.
Concern Secretariat Employee either VS/WS He/She can Submit the Data
For the first time mapping of Volunteers can be done in Navasakam Portal by the WEA or Any other VS/WS Employee.
In Navasakam Portal the editing of Volunteers can be done by
  1. WEA in Rural Areas(VS)
  2. WDS in Urban Areas(WS)
  1. Pension Application shows as in-eligible list
  2. Enter the Correct Pension ID
  3. You will get the Applicant Details
  4. Regarding Income confirmation if yes then the income is below 10000. If no only you have to enter income details
  1. Through web service we are receiveing the Pensions data in Navasakam Portal
  2. Enter valid Pension id and update the details
  3. If token was not generated, wait and retry for the data after some time
The Major criteria to get pension is the Monthly income income is less than Rs.10000/- in Rural areas and Rs.12000/- in Urban areas
  1. While entering the monthly income of the Pension applicant his income is less than the above scale
  2. If the income is less than the scale click on Yes
  3. If the income is more than the scale click on No
  4. The System will ask to enter the income details in the field, enter then submit
  1. Till Now there is no provision to Add/Delete the surveyd data entered at VS/WS Level
  2. According to decisions taken by the Officials we will try provide the Edit/Update Services at VS/WS Level
  3. If the Service is availble We will inform you in the WhatsApp Group.
  1. MPDO will add the details of VS/WS Employee in vswsmis.apcfss.in Portal and that will reflect in Navasakam
  2. All updations will come through webservice to Navasakam
  3. Everey thing will be updated soon & reflect the details of VS/WS Employees in their Logins
Concern MPDO/MC will Change / Remap the designations and V/W Secretariat
  1. MPDO/MC will Update the Mobile Number and that will reflect in Navasakam. All these services are available in vswsmis.apcfss.in

Change of mobile number, adding and deleting of Secretariat employees and change request services are assigned for the concern authorities like MPDO's,MC's etc..
  1. Open vswsmis.apcfss.in
  2. Login with the Credentials Alloted for the Concern Official MPDO/MC
  3. Cilick on Services
  4. Select Service7 for MPDO --S7
  5. Enter Aadhaar Number of the Employee and click on get Details
  6. Enter Reason to Release the Employee
  7. Click on Release Employee
  8. After releasing the Employee, You can Add a New Employee in Service3 --S3
  1. Open vswsmis.apcfss.in
  2. Login with the Credentials Alloted for the Concern Official MPDO/MC
  3. Cilick on Services
  4. You can Add a New Employee in MPDO Login, select Service3 --S3
  5. Select the Designation of the Employee
  6. The List of Villages are displaying
  7. Select the reported Employees list from the dropdown list
  8. Click on Submit
  9. Employee mapping with Secretariat is done
  1. YSR Arogyasri Scheme Service the Prepopulated data contains land / 4-wheeler and other information
  2. If Land/Car details are available that will show for Agree or Disagree
  3. If no details are available that will doesn't ask you for Agree or Disagree option
  1. While Uploading the data Continuously in the navasakam portal by the concern VS/WS Employees that will shows the "Internal server error"
  2. This is not an Issue Plese Logout & re-login into Navasakam again.
  1. The Site is Working fine due to your network Connection that will shows "Site can't be reached"
  2. Before Posting this Issue Please Check Your network connection
  3. If any Downtime for the Server we will update the issue in the WhatsApp Group

  2. Login and Select Aarogyasri Scheme
  3. Enter Rice/Ration Card Number
  4. Click on Get details, Displays details of the family
  5. Select the Surveyed Volunteer Name
  6. Enter surveyed Data
  7. Click on Add Member
  8. Click on Add Member
  9. Enter the details of Aadhaar,DOB,Relation,Name,Mobile Number,Gender,Income details etc.
  10. Click on Save Details
  11. New Family Member will be added to the Rice/Ration Card
While Entering in to the pensions some technical Issues are raised. Now all issues are cleared.
Dear Group Members, Issues Regarding Secretariat and Grama Panchayaths are not displaying in the Navasakam Portal, There multiple reasons for this issue,
  1. The Secretariat was not identified by the Panchayat Raj Department.
  2. The GP was Not Mapped with the Concern Secretariat.
In the Know Your Secretariat tab will show the Mapped Secretariats and GP's authorised by the PR&RD department. Please try to solve the issue with PR&RD department by the Concerned Officials.
